Eggplant and Feta Casserole

1 eggplant (slice into 1/2 in slices and fry until brown)
8 ounces feta
1 large onion, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup bread crumbs

Sauté onion and garlic.

Layer fried eggplant,onion, garlic, and feta. Layer as many times as you have room for in the pan. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
