Colorful Vegetable Platter

1 medium onion
1 eggplant
2 zucchinis
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 tomatoes
1 potato
basil
1 stick of celery
some dill
olive oil
salt, pepper

Dice all the vegetables and sauté in a little olive oil until all juices have been cooked off. Once the vegetables are soft, they’re ready to be served.
