Chinese Eggplant with Garlic

1/4 cup olive oil
4 chinese eggplant, cut into 1/2 inch wide pieces
4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely minced
1/4 cup soy sauce

In a wok or fry pan, heat olive oil until hot. Add Chinese Eggplant and Garlic. Toss lightly with soy sauce.

Amateur attempt. Although sometimes less is more, in this case just adding soy sauce is ridiculous. It doesn't taste bad, but too simple!!
